Service Description
The Luxury Install Maintenance + Wash is an advanced maintenance service designed to refresh, secure, and extend the life of your install. This service includes a professional cleanse, tightening of any loosened tracks or thread, and a finished style to restore a polished look. For clients with closures, this service also includes removal and reinstallation of the closure to maintain proper placement and longevity. What’s Included: • Professional shampoo and scalp cleanse • Tightening of loosened tracks or thread • Finished style • Closure removal & reinstall (if applicable) Pricing: • Without closure: $125 • With closure: $175 Important Notes: • Recommended every 3 weeks • Available for existing Queen B of Hair installs only • Does not include a full reinstall or new braid-down • Appointments available between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM only
Cancellation Policy
At Queen B of Hair, we understand that life happens. To ensure fairness and maintain quality service for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: Cancellation Policy 1. Notice Required: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% service charge of the scheduled service. 3. No-shows: - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. - Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on booking future appointments. Rescheduling Policy 1. Notice Required - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. 2. Last- Minute Rescheduling: - Rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 3. Limited Changes: - Appointments can only be rescheduled TWICE per booking. After the second reschedule, the appointment must either be kept or canceled (fees may apply). Late Arrivals 1. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. 2. Beyond Grace Period: - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, rescheduled, or shortened at the stylist's discretion. Late cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen.
