Service Description
Lace Wig Re-Install (QB Clients) This service is exclusively for clients whose lace wigs (frontal or closure) were originally installed by Queen B of Hair. The Lace Wig Re-Install service includes a professional shampoo and conditioning service to ensure a clean, healthy foundation prior to re-installation. This service also includes removal of old adhesive, scalp prep, braid-down (if needed), and a clean, precise re-install using your previously customized lace wig. Because the lace was already plucked and bleached during the original appointment, no additional knot bleaching or plucking is included with this service. Your wig will be re-installed and styled to maintain the integrity of the lace and extend wear time. This service is ideal for clients returning within 2–3 weeks of their original install. ✨ Hair not included ✨ Style included (bone straight or soft curls) – Wig must have been originally installed by Queen B of Hair – Applies to lace frontal and lace closure wigs – Wash and conditioning included – No new customization included – Excessive damage, shedding, or lace thinning may require a full install – Additional services may be required at an added cost
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all lace frontal, lace closure, and wig installation or re-installation services at Queen B of Hair. Wig Drop-Off & Customization • All lace wigs must be dropped off at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. • Same-day customization is not available. • Failure to drop off the wig on time may result in rescheduling or service cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Once wig customization has begun, deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Wig Condition Requirements • Wigs must be clean, detangled, and free of old adhesive. • Excessive damage, shedding, or lace thinning may require an upgraded service or reschedule. Longevity Disclaimer • Lace frontals and closures are short-term installs. • Longevity varies based on lifestyle, maintenance, and care. • Wear time is not guaranteed. Eligibility • Re-install services are available only for wigs originally installed by Queen B of Hair.
