Queen B of Hair’s Lace Frontal Wig Install includes a clarifying shampoo and conditioning treatment to ensure a clean, healthy foundation before installation. This service also includes a professional braid-down, full wig customization, detailed plucking, and knot bleaching for a natural, scalp-like finish. For best results, wigs must be dropped off at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to allow proper customization and preparation. Your wig will be precisely installed and styled to your preference, making this service ideal for vacations, special occasions, or clients who enjoy switching their look every few weeks. Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all lace frontal, lace closure, and wig installation or re-installation services at Queen B of Hair. Wig Drop-Off & Customization • All lace wigs must be dropped off at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. • Same-day customization is not available. • Failure to drop off the wig on time may result in rescheduling or service cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Once wig customization has begun, deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Wig Condition Requirements • Wigs must be clean, detangled, and free of old adhesive. • Excessive damage, shedding, or lace thinning may require an upgraded service or reschedule. Longevity Disclaimer • Lace frontals and closures are short-term installs. • Longevity varies based on lifestyle, maintenance, and care. • Wear time is not guaranteed. Eligibility • Re-install services are available only for wigs originally installed by Queen B of Hair.
