Service Description
The Flip-Over Sew-In Method is a glue-free, protective installation that begins with a professional cleanse and conditioning service to ensure a healthy foundation. This method offers maximum versatility, allowing your hair to be worn up, down, or flipped over naturally—without the use of closures or frontals. Ideal for clients seeking a full, natural look while protecting their natural hair. The install blends seamlessly with your leave-out and provides a soft, polished finish with long-lasting results. Includes: • Shampoo & conditioning service • Blow-dry and prep • Customized braid-down • Secure sew-in installation • Leave-out blending • Light styling Hair is not included. For best results, 3–4 bundles are recommended depending on desired fullness and length.
Cancellation Policy
At Queen B of Hair, we understand that life happens. To ensure fairness and maintain quality service for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: Cancellation Policy 1. Notice Required: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% service charge of the scheduled service. 3. No-shows: - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. - Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on booking future appointments. Rescheduling Policy 1. Notice Required - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. 2. Last- Minute Rescheduling: - Rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 3. Limited Changes: - Appointments can only be rescheduled TWICE per booking. After the second reschedule, the appointment must either be kept or canceled (fees may apply). Late Arrivals 1. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. 2. Beyond Grace Period: - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, rescheduled, or shortened at the stylist's discretion. Late cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen.
